Loading of plastic materials into the loader from the bin to start the process of working of the plastic injection molding machines. There are two types of loading methods available for injection molding machines in N2S Technologies Pvt. Ltd. They are a Self-contained hopper loader and a separate vacuum hopper loader.

Integrated autoloader

The main advantage of the integrated model is that the motor and the loading unit combined together. This forms the Standard self-contained hopper loader unit. The outer and internal parts of the product depicted clearly in the image. The hopper loader works under the function of carbon brush motors. Working operation of loader

• When the single-phase power supply turned ON, the material from the bin sucked by the loader through the material inlet valve. The plastic material loaded in the stained steel container at the rate of 20 grams in 20 seconds.
• Therefore the suction of materials from the bin done only within a distance of 4 meters. The blower helps to exhaust the excess air through the outlet valve.
• So the internal filtering net helps to filter out the unwanted dust sedimented in the filtering layer of the hopper.
• The stainless-steel hopper container designed with the hinged cover of the spring clip. This helps to achieve the easy removability of the top cover of the hopper.
• Then the control unit adjusted with the help of a remote that displays the timer and it adjusted manually according to the vacuum pressure created in the loading unit.
• The timing for the material suction and the capacity of the material will be defined by the user. Then the output of the loader will be sent to the dryer unit if required by the types of machinery else, it will be directly transferred to the injection unit.

Standard Separate Vacuum Hopper Loader

Standard separate vacuum hopper loader from the Hopper power connection and it is connected externally. The loader only connected with the hopper dyer. The capacity of the loader is 5Kg for 20secs. Then the main function of this loader is to transfer the raw material from the storage area to Hopper Dyer with high vacuum pressure.

The body of the loader is stainless steel. The base of the hopper loader connected with the hopper dyer. Maintenance is easy why because it has a spring buckle to open and close the loader. 3 phase Carbon brush motor can use for supplying power to the hopper loader to suck the material from the storage tank.

The front control panel used to set the material loading time. When the trip switch detects that there is no material in the loader or when the loader can’t suck the material from the tank. Therefore, we will get an alarming sound from the control panel.

Working operation of separated loader

• We have two suction one is air suction and another is material suction. Connection hose pipe with the suction pipe connected in the material suction and it has 4 meters long to suck a raw material.
• Hence, the hopper power plugin from the loader will have connected with the separate vacuum loader.
• Air suction of the loader connected with the vacuum loader air suction.
• When the power is on, a high-pressure blower (frame) will start to work and it generates the vacuum pressure in the part.
