How Does Hopper Dryer Works?





Hopper dryers are also known as standard hot air dryers. In plastic material processing, the hopper dryer blows a set temperature air into the drying hopper through the blower fan. After plastic materials heated, the original moisture contents in the hopper are taken away.
The warm air forced by the blower becomes hot temperature (user-defined) after being passed through an electric heating element. Through the conical shaped screen protector, the hot air is uniformly distributed to the plastic materials in the hopper.
